Hondo Night

Michael was in Honduras on his mission back in the day. We were surprised to discover that there were two other guys in our ward here that served in the same mission. They all barely missed each other, but it's still a crazy coincidence. We decided we needed a Honduras Meal Night. We included some stuff from Belize too (also a part of their mission).

Us - Michael and Laura

Steven and Brooke

Nicole and Randy

The menu: Baleadas (tortillas with refried beans, crema, and fried egg), Fried chicken, Belizean rice and beans, potato salad, fried plantains, lime OJ drink, and banana soda. It was a fun night sharing stories and having fun with friends.

How fun to find two other friends that went to the same mission! Banana soda sounds quite interesting! Where did you find it? And your pregnant picture is great. You're one of those girls who looks so cute pregnant!

Where did you find the banana soda? I LOVE that stuff! I haven't seen it here in the States.

One of the guys actually brought it back with him from Honduras the last time he went. Sorry to get your hopes up. :)
