After working so hard to get all caught up with our family scrapbook I realized how behind I was on Jessica's. I DO NOT want to have to play catch-up once the little man is born, because it would be much less likely to happen. So I've been trying to do her book May 2008 until now. Fun, fun. But I decided to just do it the same way and size as the family book so hopefully I can reuse layouts. I love digital. Anyways, I just thought I'd share a little of what I've done. I have a lot to learn and a lot better to get, but I'm loving having a semi-useful hobby. :)

I can't believe how much she's changed in just a few months' time. That went by WAY too quickly.
OK I need to find out how to do this adorable digital scrapbooking. Those are all so cute and she'll always love that you've done this for her.
So cute! How do you do digital scrapbooking? Do you have a program?
Amanda - I like to do it on the cheap. I have some links on the right hand side of the blog for places you can download a bunch of the cutsie stuff for free (the ribbons, embellishments, etc). To put it all together I use either Photoscape (free download that you can Google for) or Adobe Photoshop. I use Blurb and their software Booksmart to compile it all into a book. Sorry if that was way more info than you wanted. Feel free to email me if you have any other questions.
So cute! I'm impressed!
To answer your question Laura, first off my email is rlnebeker@gmail.com so feel free to email me whenever. So yes last March I went into the rheumatologist here in Twin and he concluded from looking at all my tests and history stuff that the acne med I was on in high school induced the lupus. I guess it's been known to do that and it looks just the same except that when you stop the acne med the symptoms resolve. Anywho, so he took me off my last med I was on in April and I've been doing great. No problems. Yeah! He's working on a misdiagnosis letter now so hopefully I'll get that in a few days so I can start the battle with the insurance company to try and get lupus off so my rates aren't so high and stuff. It will also be nice to have it off when we start having kids because lupus is one of the things that knocks you into the "high risk pregnancy" category. It's nice to be "normal" again! However now I'll just have a longer story to tell for the next little while about my health history. That should be fun... "I had lupus....but not really" we'll see how that goes over. :) How's the pregnancy going? How much longer are you guys up north?
