We are heading out of San Diego the beginning of May to once again spend the summer in Idaho. In anticipation of this, we came up with a list of things we needed to do in San Diego in case we don't come back next year (we're hoping to be able to spend year 3 of school as a visiting student at another law school). Of course one of the things we needed to do was go to the beach. So off we went last Friday to Mission Beach. It was kind of a cool day, but still nice. We went for a run along the strand and finished up by playing in the sand. Jessica kept running into the frigid water. My toes were so numb! I'm so glad she loves the water so much though. We had to drag her away kicking and screaming. Michael was probably internally kicking and screaming too as this was most likely the last time he'll be at the beach before we leave.
